An exciting new initiative supports individuals in decision-making positions in open-source projects, as they are navigating the growth, scaling, and sustainability of their projects. This free training will cover governance, organizational management, community engagement, systems health, and business skills.
This program is sponsored by the Center for Scientific Collaboration and Community Engagement (CSCCE), which is supported in part by the NSF. The program also receives support from the Chan Zuckerberg Foundation.
While the schedule is not yet finalized, the program is planned to take place during a 12-week period, starting late Summer 2025.
