If you are interested in gaining skills at the intersection of earth and data science, consider the Earth Data Analytics - Foundations in Python professional graduate certificate from the University of Colorado, Boulder. This three course, nine credit program is aimed at working professionals and can be completed entirely online in one year from August through June. Apply by August 9th, 2024 to begin the program in Fall 2024 semester.
Whether you are looking to start or advance your career, the Earth Data Analytics - Foundations certificate is designed to provide you with the fundamental programming, spatial, and open science skills to allow you to address environmental challenges and work with earth systems data. You will leave the program with the ability to work with a wide variety of different data types in Python, and core communication and collaboration skills needed to work on large interdisciplinary teams.
