This year's Members Meeting was a great success. Member Reps and Early Career Guests came to Boulder to hear the latest from NCAR and UCP and to vote for trustees, governance committee members, and university memberships. Keep an eye out for future posts about sessions presentations. This week we highlight the election results:

New trustees include Benjamin Kirtman, University of Miami; Janet Sprintall, Scripps Institution of Oceanography; and at-large member Alice Hill, Council of Foreign Relations. 

Four trustees were elected to a second term, including Board Chair Shuyi Chen, University of Washington; Javier Fochesatto, University of Alaska Fairbanks; and at-large members Rita Colwell, University of Maryland, College Park; and Patty Leslie, The Attainment Network. 

Additionally, we added five new member institutions to our consortium, bringing our number of member institutions to 126. The new members include City College of New York; Northern Illinois University; University of California, Santa Cruz; University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez; and University of Southern California.

New members of the Members Nominating Committee are Michael Bell, Colorado State University; Ruben Delgado, Hampton University; and David Nolan, University of Miami.

The new members of the President's Advisory Committee on University Relations (PACUR) are William Dannevik, Saint Louis University; Wendi Flynn, University of Northern Colorado; Reza Khabilvardi, City College of New York; Daria Kluver, Central Michigan University; Chuntao Liu, Texas A&M Corpus Christi; Anthony Lupo, University of Missouri; Hyodae Seo, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute; and Pengwang Zhai, University of Maryland Baltimore County

Finally, the new members of the Membership Committee are Greg Blumberg, Millersville University; Donata Giglio, University of Colorado Boulder; Sarah Larson, North Carolina State University; Mayra Oyola-Merced, University of Wisconsin Madison; and Brodie Pearson, Oregon State University.
