UCAR's Next Generation Fellowship program is a prestigious, multi-faceted opportunity to engage with and learn from UCAR's leaders in Earth System Science, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Science Policy. Each fellow receives $40,000 no-strings-attached stipend over two years ($10,000 per semester), an all expenses paid research trip to Boulder, CO or Washington DC (for science policy fellows), and the support of a like minded cohort.
