The Call for Abstracts and Posters is now open for the 31st Annual CESM Workshop. The workshop will be include hybrid talks and an in person poster session.
Dates: June 15-17, 2026
Location: National Center for Atmospheric Research, UCAR Center Green Auditorium, 3080 Center Green Drive, Boulder and Online.

CESM Workshop website for details and the link to submit an abstract for one of the CESM Working Group sessions (Atmosphere Model, Biogeochemistry, Climate Variability, Chemistry Aerosol, Land Ice, Land Model, Ocean Model, Paleoclimate, Polar Climate, Software Engineering or Whole Atmosphere), or for one of the four Cross Working Group Sessions offered this year:
I. Storytelling to craft climate science tools for communities
II. Harnessing Machine Learning for CESM: Innovation and Integration
III. Earth System Prediction with CESM: Bridging Science and Real-World Applications
IV. Development and application of high resolution CESM configurations
The deadline to submit a title and abstract for a talk or poster is Monday, May 4, 2026.
