    Chameleon Cloud, in collaboration with project partner NCAR, is hosting its sixth user meeting at the Mesa Lab in Boulder, CO on April 15-16, 2026.
    Chameleon is an NSF-funded national research resource providing free access to GPUs, edge devices, and cloud infrastructure for computer science research, education, and emergent applications. CS researchers, educators, and students are invited to attend-whether you're a current Chameleon user or completely new to the platform. Early Registration Pricing ends on 2/28! 

    What to expect:

    • Presentations from researchers using Chameleon to advance AI research, including work on sustainable AI infrastructure, federated learning, and AI education at community colleges
    • Keynote speakers including Chameleon Lead PI Kate Keahey
    • Expert-led mini-symposia on AI, education, and reproducibility
    • Hands-on tutorials covering all Chameleon features, including GPU access, CHI@Edge devices, and packaging artifacts for reuse on Trovi
    • Networking with Chameleon's 13,000+ user community representing a significant portion of the U.S. CS research community

    Location perks: We'll be in beautiful Boulder at the base of the Flatirons-we're considering organizing an optional workshop hike for those who want to extend their stay.
